eShare then ensures that research is performed, the risk is assessed and future review dates are captured and notified.
On accepting a risk, a risk site is created to ensure all documentation and information is stored centrally. Everything associated with that risk can be recorded and is then automatically maintained.
When risks are published, they appear in the committee risk register of the eMeetings section of eShare. If mitigating actions need to be performed, eShare helps you manage those actions. Users can view the mitigating actions, ownership and status at the risk site.
A full, clear “drill down” risk register is automatically created and maintained to ensure all risks are kept up to date, and automatically flags when they are ready for review.
